It passively and permanently monitors real time traffic in the VoIP network. An alarm is signaled should any loss of quality occur. By doing so, freely definable thresholds and adjustable quality characteristics permit a perfect match to the Service Level agreed. An alarm is signaled only after the quality falls below the level set, because not every loss of quality is necessarily audible to the VoIP user. Unattended operation is guaranteed.

SLA Monitoring is powerful and due to its scalability is ideally deployable in VoIP networks of any size – from private corporate networks up to carrier networks. Beginning with a few calls up through thousands of concurrent calls, it’s possible to fit the Probe to your environment.
