VOIPFUTURE Teamed up with VOIPMONSTER to take part in growing market in Middle East

VOIPFUTURE is a young German technology company. We deliver innovative carrier-grade solutions to monitor and analyze voice quality in IP networks. There is an enormously growing need for our solution as Voice over IP is becoming the primary means of voice transport. High-quality VoIP cannot be taken for granted. The reason is that IP networks are highly dynamic and many times network operators find it hard to say how this affects the quality of VoIP streams. If problems become known it is very difficult to identify their root cause. This is a sad fact, particularly if you consider that degraded VoIP may be imported from peering partners.
This is where VOIPFUTURE comes in. Our solution is typically deployed at network borders and can monitor and analyze all VoIP calls traversing a link. For 1 Gbit/s links we can even do this at full line rate. The gathered data allows us to provide a comprehensive picture of the overall service quality as well as to drill-down to problem sources. This makes our solution invaluable for carriers, wholesalers, large enterprises, managed service providers and NGN vendors.
We have teamed up with our partner VOIPMONSTER who is a very experienced MECOM exhibitor and is actively involved in VOIP and NGN consultancy and system integration. VOIPMONSTER is our distributor for the Middle East region and we are excited about the opportunity to jointly present ourselves.
MECOM is an ideal platform to raise awareness for VOIPFUTURE and our solution, as virtually all our potential customers in the region are attending. We expect to meet many interesting people and future business partners.
VOIPFUTURE offers a cost-efficient solution that is based on standard server hardware. We will showcase our vendor-independent high-performance RTP Monitoring solution and explain it flexible deployment options and open interfaces. We particularly look forward to presenting our unique metrics and KPIs, which provide for various applications including SLA monitoring, inter-provider peering, network optimization and VoIP troubleshooting.
We see a strongly growing VoIP market in the Middle East and naturally this presents an excellent opportunity for us. VOIPFUTURE is essential for premium VoIP quality – by participating in MECOM 2010 we hope to contribute to the sustainable growth of next generation telecom services in the Middle East.

TELES and VoIPMONSTER intensify operations in Middle East

TELES, the Berlin based Next Generation Network and Access Gateway vendor has strengthened its five year partnership with Dubai based distributor VoiPMONSTER to help provide the Middle East with dedicated and improved service and consultation.

In March 2010, VoIPMONSTER successfully completed the TELES Certification Workshop for Access Gateway Products, entitling them to provide dedicated full customer service and support to their customers.

VoIPMONSTER's Managing Director, Reza Mamati, explained how regional support would be affected following the certification: "Customers in the Middle East will now have direct access to the complete spectrum of TELES access gateway support. Since completing the intensive certification workshop, we can provide complete technical support to our customers which will be available to them on demand. Our customers stand to benefit immensely from a closer relationship with us, especially as we can now meet even more of their requirements." Frank Schaedler, TELES VP Service, agrees that customers in the Middle East will gain from this development: "VoIPMONSTER has consistently demonstrated that they are dedicated to providing excellent support to their customers. As our long-standing partner in the region, we are obviously delighted that they can now support their customers with full access gateway service following the certification workshop, and I am convinced that this will also help to raise the TELES profile even higher in the region." TELES range of Access Gateway products enable service providers, system integrators, and NGN based solution developers to interconnect PSTN, VoIP, and mobile networks. The product line consists of two main families: The VoIPBOX product group provides analog, ISDN BRI, and PRI PSTN connectivity with VoIP and supports all major control and signaling protocols; whereas TELES Mobile Gateway products enable connectivity between GSM, CDMA, or UMTS networks with PSTN and VoIP networks.
