Product Overview
The Class 4 Routing Server enables TELES Softswitch customers to set-up dynamic call routing based on a variety of parameters which are monitored using call detail records. Different quality of service (QoS) parameters are used to calculate the routing policies:

• Average call duration
• Answer bid ratio

In addition to the QoS based routing, percentage based routing through specified carriers is also provided by this system. Furthermore, this system is equipped with a wide range of different applications including:

• User Class routing
• Number validation based on white and black lists
• Number portability

The system is built on a two-server basis in a redundant configuration which provides the centralized route management.
A web based interface provides easy-to-use configuration tools for specifying parameters and strategies regard Network configuration including carrier configuration, destinations and trunk details CDR Parser to gather information necessary for routing calls and for generating reports. The routing module enables the user to define routes based on trunks, origination, destination numbers, manipulation of call parameters, etc. Statistics enables the customer to view and monitor performance statistics for the network.
